December 2014 Update

As we launch this new website, beautifully created by one of our congregants, Jon Pincus, we’ve decided to include this new area where I can reflect upon a particular topic, share some news, ask for input, etc.  I’ll do my best to keep you posted on important information but also will give you some insights about temple life as a whole.

As this calendar year is winding down, one thing is for sure: It has been a whirlwind of a year!!!  Much of what has occurred has already been documented in Ada Rosmarin’s Building Steering Committee Blog and in past newsletters we’ve sent, so I won’t repeat it here, but the bottom line is that we are really an unbelievably strong and dedicated congregation that I am SO proud to be a part of.  I can’t begin to thank everyone enough for all the time, energy, expertise, guidance, and friendship that so many of you have been willing to share with me and each other.  Challenges have certainly been there along the way this year , but the positive energy and solution based attitudes that everyone has brought to the table not only helped to make this an incredibly successful year, but has strengthened us in all ways.

We are also so fortunate to have amazing dedication, support and love from Rabbi B, Nancy Mollitor and her talented religious school teachers, our tireless office staff of Arlene Klotz and Harriet Pollard, as well as those in the greater Milton and surrounding communities who continually assist us.  Together with our congregants, we make a pretty great team!

We have so much to be thankful for as 2015 approaches.  It promises to be a truly momentous year for our congregation.  Stay tuned…

With love and thanks,

Karen
