Those who have a generous eye (focus on the good), a humble spirit and a modest soul are disciple of Avraham our father.  Those who have an evil eye (focus on the bad), a haughty spirit and a covetous soul are disciples of the wicked Bil’am.

Congregation Beth Shalom of the Blue Hills has partnered with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) to offer an exciting new way to donate to our Capital Campaign, by donating a car, boat, or other motorized vehicle. It’s simple to do. Just visit www.donatingiseasy.org/CarDonationInfo.aspx?CID=3563  or call 855-500-RIDE (7433). Tell them you would like to donate your vehicle on behalf of Congregation Beth Shalom of the Blue Hills and they will do the rest, including picking up your vehicle and sending you a receipt for the amount it was sold for after the sale has been complete. We get most of the funds from every transaction and you get a tax deduction, a real win/win. This is available to us on a nationwide basis, so please spread the word to your family and friends and consider donating today.

In anticipation of moving into our new building, we are selling the refrigerator that is currently in the Temple office in Quincy.  The refrigerator is a standard freezer on top and refrigerator on bottom.  Great for a 2nd refrigerator.  $75 or BO.  Make an offer.
Proceeds from the refrigerator will go to the building fund.  Contact Bill Hanna if interested at 617-696-6829.
