A sweet Jewish noodle pudding.
- 1 lb noodles
- 1/2 lb butter or margarine (2 sticks)
- 1 lb cottage cheese (2 cups)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 pint sour cream (1 cup)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes, until noodles on top start to brown.
- Kugel will solidify as it cools.
